Voice systems
Voice AI agents for phone lines that never close.
Voice agents that answer every call, ask the right questions, send the call to the right place and leave the notes. English and Spanish, day and night, all on servers we own.
The problem
When it gets busy, calls get missed.
The three things busy phone teams complain about first.
Call spikes
Calls come in waves. Hire for the busiest hour and you pay too much. Hire for a normal day and callers wait. Callers who wait hang up.
Paying people around the clock
Keeping one phone answered all day and night takes several people. When they quit, you train again.
Missed after-hours calls
A caller who hits voicemail rarely calls back. That is a customer you already spent money to bring in.
What the agents do
Answer, ask, pass on, leave the notes.
English and Spanish. Plugged into your phone system, your customer list and your other tools. When a person takes over, they get the whole story.
Answer
One ring, no hold. A caller at 3 a.m. gets an answer in their language.
Ask
Ask what your best employee would ask, check the details, and learn what the caller wants.
Pass on
Pass the call to the right team or person, with the notes attached. Or hold until one is free.
Act
Take down the details, mark what the caller needs and hand the rest to our automation, which updates your records and sends the texts and emails.
Why ours
Built and run on our own servers.
No one in the middle
Agents run on our own servers. Call audio, transcripts and customer records stay on systems we control. Your contract lists exactly which voice and language software we use for you.
A script for each brand
Each brand gets its own voice, script and reports, and its own rules for who each call goes to.
Checked and tuned every month
Every month we read transcripts, find where calls got stuck, and fix the script.
Audio demo
Hear an agent handle a call.
Two demo calls. In both, the agent checks who is calling before it says a word about the account. We answer calls. We never hold or move money.

How we work
Fixed prices, no surprises.
We work in three plans. Each one has a one-time setup fee, a set number of minutes each month, and a per-minute rate if you go over. We send you the full prices after we talk through your setup.
Single brand
One brand, one set of call scripts, English and Spanish, plugged into your phone system and customer list. We check transcripts and tune every month.
Multi-brand
Many brands handled together, each with its own voice, script, reports and rules for who each call goes to. Brands share what you want them to share and nothing more.
Your own setup
Servers set aside just for you, custom connections to your tools, and room saved for sudden call spikes. Plus an engineer on call with a written service promise.
